1. Select a RELEASING LOCATION where items are to be releasing from ==> Campus/Facility, Building, and Area
2. Fill out REQUESTOR INFORMATION ==> Full Name, Phone #, TCC Email, and Department
3. Fill out COMMENTS ==> request description, justification, special instruction, date and time area available
4. Fill out RECEIVING LOCATION & DEPARTMENT INFORMATION ==> Transfer items to, Department Name, Department Account, and Department Steward's Email
