This form is used to request a Real Estate and Facilities Review of any equipment requests or Significant New Funding Requests(SNFR) that may impact facilities. This review will consider locations, space, building structure, infrastructure, and other coordination issues related to the built and installation environment. This review does not provide for the approval of this budget item; instead, it provides input to the budget review process. Feedback may include suggestions related to the request, potential facilities budget impacts, and scheduling recommendations.
